What to Expect

I typically book sessions months ahead of time, and my schedule fills quickly.  Contact me as soon as you know you would like to book, and I will tentatively hold a date for you.  We will discuss locations and clothing choices prior to your session.

Your portrait session will be casual and fun.  As I engage your child, I will capture the expressions and emotions that are so endearing to you, in images that you will cherish forever.  I find as much beauty in a sullen look or pout as in a happy smile, and I will never ask your child to “say cheese”.  (Pretty please refrain from doing so in my presence.)

Outdoor sessions are scheduled as weather permits, typically late-March through October.  Studio sessions and newborn sessions take place in my natural-light studio in the Dana Warp Mill in Westbrook.

I work on location throughout Southern Maine, and travel to other parts of the state (and country) for a fee.  I also spend time in Southern California and Maryland each year, and book sessions while I am visiting.
